The Co-Artists Studio Policies
Satisfaction Policy – Redos & Refunds
At The Co-Artist Studio, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. If you experience any challenges with your cut or color, please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will be happy to make any necessary adjustments.
Please note that complimentary adjustments are not guaranteed and are subject to stylist discretion. Restrictions may apply, especially in cases involving major color changes, box dye, or corrective services.
We do not offer refunds on any services. This policy is in place due to the time, product, and professional expertise invested into every appointment.
Booking / Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If proper notice is not given within this timeframe, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be required to rebook a new date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your next appointment. However, if that new appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
You will receive an automated confirmation text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointment via one of these messages. If a client does not respond to the confirmation, the appointment will still remain valid—non-response does not count as a cancellation.
This policy is in place to fairly compensate our stylists for the time specifically reserved for you, which cannot be filled on short notice.
We enforce this policy uniformly out of respect for our team’s time and the needs of all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
No Call / No Shows
No-call, no-show appointments will result in the client being unable to book any future services at The Co-Artist Studio.
Cell Phones & Devices
To ensure a relaxing and undisturbed experience for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be kept on silent and that headphones be used when listening to audio or taking calls.
Tardiness
We have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you anticipate being late, please text us to let us know your estimated arrival time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and our cancellation policy will be in effect, requiring a deposit to rebook. Repeated tardiness may result in the inability to schedule future appointments at The Co-Artist Studio.
No Additional Guests / Children / Animals
To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment, no additional guests, children, or animals are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Chemical Service Guarantee
Chemical services are only guaranteed if salon-recommended shampoo and conditioner are purchased directly from The Co-Artist Studio or Savy Flare Beauty.
Your stylist will inform you if your desired result cannot be achieved in one session. Complimentary adjustments are not available in cases involving color correction or previously applied box dye. Refunds are not provided for any services.
Client Responsibility & Liability Waiver
At The Co-Artist Studio, we strive to provide safe and professional services based on the information provided by each client. It is the client’s responsibility to be fully transparent about their hair history, including but not limited to: previous chemical treatments, use of box dye, and any factors that may affect the outcome of a service.
Our stylists are not licensed medical professionals. If you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication, please consult with your physician before receiving any chemical services. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur as a result of medical conditions or medication-related chemical sensitivities.
We also cannot be held liable for any undesired results or damage that occurs due to:
Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure of hair history
Use of non-professional or at-home hair color/products
Failure to follow proper aftercare as recommended by your stylist
Results that vary based on individual hair type, texture, or condition
By receiving services at The Co-Artist Studio, you acknowledge and accept that results are not guaranteed, and that outcomes may vary based on your unique hair history and characteristics.
The Co-Artist Studio and its stylists are not responsible for any hair breakage, damage, fading, or adverse outcomes resulting from the above factors.
